plastic reflective sunglasses, carrying a green
colored backpack. Suspect
has a tattoo on the back of his neck. |

Hispanic Male, approximately 40 years of age,
5’8”—5’10” tall, 150-200# with a “pot
belly”. He is
wanted in connection with an assault that occurred on
Sunday, August 8th inside the Target Store

Tempe.
