Installation: All building mounted signs facing Baseline Road & Pointe Parkway must receive approval from the Pointe Office Suites Board of Directors prior to submitting for permits with the City of Tempe.

All non-street facing building signs shall be applied to the business frontage or facade for that business. All street facing sign locations may be utilized by any tenant(s) that occupy space in that building, with the authorization of the Pointe Office Suites Board of Directors.

All signs shall be centered vertically and horizontally in approved sign envelope. Click here to view sign envelope. Signs must be located over tenant's leased space. No more than one sign per elevation.
