Implementation
The Zoning and Development Code is used to implement the sign program. To effectively
implement the program, the Development Review Commission and the Development Services Department,
review and take action on all sign requests.
To assure that the goals and objectives of the sign program are met,
the enforcement of sign regulations is assigned to the Planning Staff.
