NOTICE

Sign applicants must completely fill in the required application information and include the following items as attachments. Failure to include all required items as noted will delay the processing of your sign permit application.

Required Items:

• Scaled Drawings of all proposed signage including sign dimensions (height/width of sign, sign background area), materials, and colors. Provide site address on drawings.
• Site Plan showing the location of the proposed signs and any existing signs on-site. Site plans for proposed freestanding signs must be to scale and include setback measurements from property line to sign and other relevant dimensions to located sign on site.
• Building Elevations showing proposed location of signs and any existing signs for that business. Building elevations must also identify tenant's leased frontage area (if applicable).

The following may be required (if applicable):

• Illumination details
• Landscape details for freestanding signs with landscape requirements
• Footing details and pipe size for new freestanding signs.
