Online Sign Permit Application

There are two steps to follow when applying for an online sign permit. Once both steps have been completed and all required information received, Development Services will begin to process your sign application. 

   
1. Attach your electronic sign drawing files via email to signapp@tempe.gov. Enter the name and address of your project on the subject line. Electronic file formats the city currently uses are pdf (recommended format), jpg, gif, tif, and bmp.
   
2. Fill out and submit the sign application form online. Use the Select Text Tool icon to enter your information. Once all information has been entered, hit the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the page. You can print a copy of your application form for your records, prior to submitting.
