This house was located at the edge of the river, just west of the Mill Avenue Bridge.
It was a rectangular, single-story frame house with clapboard siding and a medium-pitched
roof covered with asphalt shingles. The full-length front porch also had a pitched and
shingled roof, supported by tapering square wood posts. The front entry was a single door.
Windows were individually placed and double-hung. An addition at the rear also had a
pitched roof and single windows. A brick chimney was centrally located at the roof
ridgeline.
