This one-story brick and stucco bungalow with a gable roof was typical of the bungalow
style. A smaller gable roof extended from the main roof over the front porch, and was
supported by square pillars. It was one of two rental cottages built by
Dr. B. B. Moeur
in 1916. The House was demolished about 1984.
