Please note:  Large orders may take longer than the indicated delivery time. Rush delivery cuts delivery time in half. The additional fee for rush delivery is 100% of the print fee charge. A 20% discount will be applied on orders of 20 or more photo reproductions.

 Use Fee Policy

 No use fee n No use fee will be charged for the use of the Tempe Historical Museum Photograph and Archive holdings for student papers, theses, or dissertations, in scholarly works addressed to limited audiences, or in an official publication of the City of Tempe. No use fee is charged for a one item, one edition use by non-profit organization. Multiple use of an image by a non-profit is considered commercial in use, as described below.

A $25.00 fee is charged for any one time, one edition, commercial use of images, including publication in textbooks, consulting reports, newspapers, popular press, motion pictures, television, advertisements, display in business venues. Other commercial applications such as menus, posters, brochure, billboards, will be determined on an individual basis.

Please note: It is the responsibility of the user to obtain permission to publish from the owner of the copyright (the institution, the creator of the record, the author or his/her heirs). The Tempe Historical Museum and the City of Tempe assumes no responsibility for infraction of copy right laws, invasion of privacy or improper use that may arise from reproduction of any image.
