This house may have been built about 1930 by Adolph Clark, who had lived at 947 S.
Maple in that year. Research indicated only that an Arizona State Teachers College
teacher, Fernand Cattelain, lived there in 1931 and 1932.
This brick, one-story house features a medium-pitched roof with jerkinhead and an
exterior chimney on the north facade. The house has an inset corner porch with a single
brick support pillar. The gable end under the jerkinhead is smooth stucco. Eaves are open.
Windows are double-hung and have brick sills.
