The house at 121 W. Wilson is a single-story frame building covered with clapboard
siding. The medium-pitched roof is perpendicular to the front facade, with gables at the
north and south ends, and is covered with wood shingles. Gable ends of the house and porch
are filled with diamond end cut flushboard. The porch has a shed roof and is screened over
a low clapboard wall. The raised porch has a lattice covering beneath it; lattice also
encloses the crawlspace under the house. An addition at the rear of the house is covered
with flushboard and has a gable. Eaves are open beneath the roof.
