This simple frame and stucco house was built in 1910 for Mrs. Roceius Roche. It burned in 1929, and was rebuilt in a style that was more representative of the early 1930s. Ralph Bassett, the local express agent for Arizona Eastern Railroad, bought the house in 1931. It was demolished in 1982.
