The Tempe Canal Multi-Use Path Project is a  3/4 mile long, ten foot wide concrete path facility, located along the west side of the Tempe Canal from University Drive and extending south to the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR), then west along the UPRR to Price Frontage Road. The project includes landscaping, lighting and a public art element by Kevin Berry. This project was completed in 2009.
