Library PIN (Personal Identification Number)

Use Your PIN To Access Electronic Resources From Outside the Library:
Most of the library's Electronic Resources are subscription databases that have been purchased by the library for use by registered patrons. To access Electronic Resources from outside the library, you will need to enter your library card number and PIN (Personal Identification Number).  Your PIN is the number or password you chose at the time you obtained your library card. 

Use Your PIN To Manage Your Tempe Public Library Account:
You may access your Tempe Public Library account from outside the library in order to manage your account: renew books, place holds, check on due dates, and more. To access your account from outside the library, you will need to enter your library card number and PIN (Personal Identification Number).  Your PIN is the number or password you chose at the time you obtained your library card. 

How To Get a PIN Number:
If you have forgotten your PIN or do not yet have one, please call the library's Customer Service desk at (480) 350-5577 during normal library hours to receive instructions for obtaining a new PIN.  If you know your PIN but would like to change it, log into My Account and select the "Modify Your PIN" button.
