The Tempe Public Library’s Telephone Renewal System is available 24 hours a day. You can use this system to:

• Renew items you have on loan
• Hear a list of all items you have on loan
• Hear a list of all overdue items you have on loan
• Hear of list of all titles you have on hold
• Hear a list of all outstanding fees on your account

To use the Telephone Renewal System, call 480-350-5656 and follow the recorded instructions. You will need the barcode number on your library card and the barcode numbers of the items you want to renew:

Main Menu

• Press 1 for Renewal and Account Information
• Press 2 for general Library Information
• Press 9 to exit

Renewal and Account Information Menu

• Enter your 14-digit library card number followed by #
• Press 1 to renew items
• Press 2 to hear items on loan
• Press 3 to hear titles on hold
• Press 4 to hear outstanding fees
• Press * to return to the Main Menu
