Email the Library Homebound Volunteer Service

Homebound Service is available to any citizen of Tempe confined to home by age, illness, or handicap for a period of three months or longer.  Trained volunteers deliver library materials to homebound patrons on a regular, mutually convenient schedule.  You can fill out this form to contact the volunteers, or to request more information about our service.  Your contact information is entirely optional, but please remember that if you would like to receive an answer, we have to know who you are and how to contact you.
