Town Lake Trout Stocking

 
  Come down to Tempe Town Lake Marina to "Welcome Back the Trout" on Tuesday, November 24th from 3 to 5 PM. 3,200 rainbow trout will be stocked into the lake. There will be a FREE fishing clinic sponsored by Arizona Game and Fish Department. Fishing poles and bait will be provided for everyone.

Trout fishing will continue throughout the fall and winter months of the year (see stocking schedule below). Arizona state law requires a fishing license for everyone age 14 years and older. Anglers fishing for trout with a Class A license must also have a valid Trout Stamp. Fishing licenses can be purchased at any Game and Fish office or one of 370 license dealers statewide. Youth ages 13 years and younger are not required to have a fishing license or to be accompanied by a licensed adult.
