Please note that by submitting this form, you are making a request for a party reservation and does not guarantee a reservation.

After submitting this form, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm your reservation, or to let you know that we are unable to fulfill your request at this time. 

If we are able to fulfill your request, a $60 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit will be required at the time of our confirmation call in order to hold your reservation.

The following rules and regulations apply to your birthday party, please read and check each box to indicate you have read and agree to the following terms: 

Party package includes up to 12 children and 5 adults; additional guests are $7.50 each.

Tubes are not included in the package, but are available at a discounted rate of $4.00 for the single tubes and $6.00 for the double tubes.

You may bring a birthday cake. If you do choose to bring a cake you will need to bring all items needed to serve the cake (i.e. paper plates, forks, candles, matches, knife to cut the cake).

Other food and beverages are not permitted. Kiwanis Island Concessions may be open to purchase additional refreshments.

Children 7 years and younger must be within arms reach of adults at all times (if the child will be swimming, an adult must join the child in the water). The minimum ratio is 1 adult to 4 kids.

Personal floatation devices are not permitted (e.g., water wings, noodles, other pool floats). Swimsuits with enclosed floatation devices are not permitted.

Life vests are available for rent for $1 each.

We recommend that you secure your gifts and valuables. Secure lockers are available for a fee ranging from $.75 to $1.50. Lockers might not be large enough to hold the birthday gifts. A secure holding area for gifts is not available and we cannot be responsible for your personal belongings.

A $60 NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-TRANSFERABLE deposit is required to secure your Birthday Party reservation. The deposit will be applied to your balance the day of your party.
