Goals of the Internship Program

The City of Tempe Kiwanis Recreation Center has designed an internship opportunity which strives to provide you with a well-rounded experience.  The program will provide an introduction to all facets of a diverse and comprehensive community parks and recreation program.  The internship at the Kiwanis Recreation Center will give the intern "hands-on" experience reflecting what recreation professionals do on the job to serve the community.
