Kid Zone

The City of Tempe Kid Zone requires that applications must be filled out completely, including  address, city, state, zip code and all phone numbers before consideration for a position

Incomplete applications will not be accepted

Employment Application

The application may be mailed, e-mailed or brought in to Kid Zone in the Social Services office located on the second floor of the Library building. THE CITY OF TEMPE DOES NOT ACCEPT FAXED APPLICATIONS.

The Kid Zone application is in Adobe Acrobat PDF format.
