Fee assistance may be available for income eligible families through the Department of Economic Security Child Care Division (DES) - tel. (480) 831-1070.

Other Kid Zone scholarship may also be available.

B)

The City of Tempe Social Services Department is not responsible for maintaining individual tax records and information. Kid Zone's Tax ID number is 86-6000262.

C)

Any withdrawal or temporary absence from the program be made one full calendar week in advance. Failure to comply will result in payment being due for the week a child is absent from the program. Any changes in enrollment (adding days, morning program) require two days advance notice in order for the change to be completed.

D)

Any participant with an outstanding balance will not be allowed to participate in future Kid Zone programs until the balance is paid in full or payment arrangements have been made with the Kid Zone office.
