3 Week Payment

The entire contracted program fee can be mailed to the City of Tempe with the appropriate payment coupon. Payments are due on the designated due date to the start date of the week you have reserved. Payments will not be accepted at the program site. No payment reminders will be provided at the site.

All payment for the first week of camp must be paid at the City of Tempe Community Services Department, by mail or put in the drop box.

Late Payments must be made at the City of Tempe Community Services Department on Mondays between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm.  The Community Services Department also accepts payments made with cash, check, money order or credit card before week of participation. Late payments are not accepted at the camp site. Payments not received on after the 5th calendar day are assessed a $15 late payment fee. If payment is not received by the Monday evening prior to the reserved week, a child will not be able to attend the program for the reserved week and the $25 deposit will be forfeited.
