Payment Options

Monthly |
Monthly bills will be sent to the Primary Guardians. Payment can be mailed to the address
on the payment slip or paid at the Tempe Community Services Department.
Payments are due by the first of each month. Payments will not be accepted at the program site. |

Payment Options & Late Fees |
Payments can be made by mail, brought to the Kid Zone
business office, autopay or dropped off in the red Kid Zone drop box in
front of the Library.

Payments are considered late if received after the 5th
calendar day of each month and a $20 late payment fee will
be accessed.
Autopay accounts that are declined after the 5th
calendar day of each month will be assessed a $20 late payment fee. |
| If a child will be
participating in the afternoon and morning programs, payments for the
two programs must be made on the same payment schedule. |

Autopay
Parents may chose to have their credit or debit cards automatically
charged every month on the payment due date in lieu of using the
monthly bills... a great way to avoid late payments. An authorization
form is required for this payment option. We accept Visa, MasterCard,
American Express, and Discovery Card.
