Administration

Document Retrieval

 $0.25 per page

 For each request for records, if documents are still available. Request may require legal approval. Payable prior to legal retrieval.
Finders  

$10 first occurrence

$20 each additional occurrence

 Charged to each account when a parent fails to notify staff of a child's absence and Missing Child Procedures need to be completed.
Late Payment

 Payments not received by assigned due date. If payment is 5 days late, the child will be dropped from the program, unless payment arrangements have been made with the City of Tempe.
Late Pick Up

 From 1 to 15 minutes later the time designed by a child's schedule.

School Year Registration

 Non-refundable fee per child. Is to be paid at the time of registration.
Returned check

 After the second occurrence on an account, personal checks will not be accepted for payment.
Summer Activity

 Non refundable fee per child which covers special activity supplies. Due at the time of registration for all participants.
Summer Administration

 For each additional change after 2 changes per account.
Summer Deposit

$25

 Non-refundable, non transferable deposit per child. Is required for each reserved week. Payable at the time of registration. The deposit is applied towards total amount due for reserved week. The deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation.
Summer Registration

 Due at the time of registration for all participants who are not currently enrolled in Kid Zone.
