Provide cost-effective support for existing technological platforms.

Provide departments with timely and useful technological solutions to
improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their business operations.

Create and maintain repositories for the City’s data that are secure,
responsive, accessible and recoverable; provide for disaster recovery and
business continuity.

Provide secure processing of the City’s data and protection of sensitive
information.
5.
Provide cost-effective training to City employees for enterprise
applications.
6.
Provide an effective single point of contact for City employees to
resolve computer-based needs related to software, hardware, telephone and
network resources.
7.
Maintain a robust and dependable organization-wide computer network and
unified communication system, including a public safety communications network.
8.
Provide efficient mail distribution and duplicating functions.
