Goals for the Information Technology Department

  • To provide outstanding service and continually exceed our customer’s expectations in the analysis and development of technologically advanced solutions.

  • To continue providing “best practice” customer support through the timely and efficient remediation of all service calls.

  • To continually listen to and communicate with each and every one of our customers --- both internal and external to the Department.

  • To maintain and support the City’s distributed IT environment and provide an exceptional level of service.  This includes the consistent availability of shared resources, software and other information processing tools.

  • To ensure that our staff is well-trained and able to professionally and effectively support each of our customers.
