In a continuing effort to better serve our customers, the City of Tempe Taxpayer Problem Resolution Officer has developed this survey to independently measure the performance of the Tax & License Division. Our records indicate that the Tax & License Division recently conducted a review of your privilege tax returns. Please assist us by responding to the following questions regarding these services. Responses to this survey will not be associated with individual taxpayers. Anonymity is optional.
