Library Account Login Issues
If you are experiencing account login issues, please telephone us at (480) 350-5500, or bring your library card and a picture ID to our Main desk or the Children's Library desk.

Greater Phoenix Digital Library

OneClickDigital
If you are experiencing issues with audiobook downloads from OneClickDigital, you may find some useful information on their help pages at http://tempeaz.oneclickdigital.com/Help/Help.aspx.

Freegal
If you are experiencing issues with downloads from Freegal, you can find help after you have logged in to Freegal; click on "FAQ" at the top of the Freegal page. If you cannot log in to Freegal, please check to make sure your Library account is current and in good standing. (See "Library Account Login Issues", above.)
