Librarians use a wide range of resources including books, the Internet, and online databases to provide quick, accurate answers.
Ask in Person, at the Library.
- On the main floor, you can often find a librarian at our Reference Desk, in the northeast corner of the main floor, near the Quiet Study Area.
- In the Children's Library, on the lower level, you can often find a librarian at the Children's Library desk.
Ask by Phone.
Call the Library at (480) 350-5500 and ask to speak with a librarian. If a librarian is not available, the City staff member answering the phone can forward your question and your contact information to a librarian for an answer as soon as possible.
