Need an address or phone number?
Want to know a fact, date or statistic?
Doing research and not sure where to look next?
Librarians use a wide range of resources including books, the Internet, and online databases to provide quick, accurate answers.
Ask in Person, at the Library.
- On the main floor, you can often find a librarian at our Reference Desk, in the northeast corner of the main floor, near the Quiet Study Area.
- In the Children's Library, on the lower level, you can often find a librarian at the Children's Library desk.
Ask by Phone.
Call the Library at (480) 350-5500 and ask to speak with a librarian. If a librarian is not available, the City staff member answering the phone can forward your question and your contact information to a librarian for an answer as soon as possible.

Filling out and submitting this form will send your question to us. A librarian checks this email account at least once daily, and will send answers as quickly as possible, depending on how many people we are busy helping at the Library itself.
We will gladly provide brief answers to factual questions, as well as suggestions for locations and sources which might help to answer your question.
