This site provides information about the agreement between the City of Phoenix and the City of Tempe on flight procedures to mitigate noise over Tempe from commercial aircraft that use the Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport, airline compliance with the flight procedures and the work of the Tempe Aviation Commission.
