New England born and raised Pat Beary took to the guitar while recuperating from surgery to reconstruct a badly broken right arm, a condition that necessitated an unusual posture and physical approach to the instrument. He spent his formative years singing in coffeehouses across Connecticut and Massachusetts. His ersatz playing technique, later tempered with a performing arts school education, led to a particularly engaging style of songwriting. His first album, 8/roughly focused on a period of change. Relationships beginning and ending, cross-country travel, self-doubt and reassessments are repeating themes. Beary makes his home in Prescott and is working on material for a new album and is performing both solo and with a full, noisy electric band called the Twang Machine.
has played more than 1,500 shows over the past 19 years and has shared the stage with Cake, Rusted Root, G-Love, The Fray, Moody Blues, Everclear and more. He cites one of his best memories as sitting at the bottom of Durango Mountain in Colorado with Arlo Guthrie, swapping stories over a few beers. Johnson creates music that is hard to categorize, designing lyrics from the sights and emotions around him and combining it with sounds from his inspirations: Grateful Dead, Neil Young, Counting Crows, peter Gabriel, Richie Havens, BNL and Ani DiFranco. Apart from playing with his band - Shawn Johnson and the Foundation - his 2009 solo release Songs for Scenes showcases the artist's wide range of songwriting talent and musical production skills, giving his fans a more intimate look at what he is all about.

He prides himself on his ability to inspire a good time atmosphere for his live audiences. Roberts is a senior at Arizona State University and plans to move to Nashville upon graduation.
