The Tempe Police Department and Neighborhood Services are extending a special invitation for each block watch captain, neighborhood association, homeowners' association, apartment and mobile home community to make plans to join fellow neighbors from all over Tempe to engage in Getting Arizona Involved in Neighborhoods (G.A.I.N.). G.A.I.N. is an annual event designed to unite neighbors and help create safer and better connected neighborhoods.
