The Diversity Department Events/Community Outreach programming educates the community and celebrates the rich diversity of Tempe. Through our community outreach and education we strive to promote racial and cultural awareness, multi-faith respect and an overall understanding of our unique differences and our shared goal to create a strong community. Our festivals celebrate the heritage and history that make Tempe what it is today.
