Join the Anglers United for their 22nd Annual Just for Kids Fishing Festival!
Fishing pros will be on-site from 7 a.m. - 1 p.m. at Kiwanis Park on Saturday, March 16 to teach children basic fishing techniques. Participants will have the opportunity to test their fishing skills in special fishing tanks.
Fishing licenses are not required during the festival. Free fishing equipment will be provided but participants are encouraged to bring their own. Parents are also strongly encouraged to assist their children while fishing.
The event will include free goodie bag, lunch and raffle to all registered participants.
Registration is required and will be taken on-site before the event. Registration forms can be found ahead of time at www.anglersunited.org. and various City of Tempe Department of Recreation locations.
