The Household Products Collection Center (HPCC) was the first permanent facility built in Maricopa County specifically for the removal and proper disposal of Household Hazardous Waste (HHW) from residents of Tempe and Guadalupe. This sustainable program helps protect the environment by eliminating items from being poured into our sewer system or storm drains and thrown into our solid waste increasing landfill space.
