City of Tempe, AZ : Reservations - Ballfields & Ramadas

Ramada Reservations
Ramadas may be reserved 11 months in advance by Tempe residents/Tempe-based companies, and 3 months in advance by non-residents/non-Tempe based companies for picnics. Specific start time is required, and facility is then reserved for your group until 10 PM.

*If this is your first time making a reservation request, you must make your request in person at 3500 South Rural Road, 2nd Floor of the Tempe Public Library, Tempe, AZ 85282. Provide proof of Tempe Residency with picture identification AND one of the following: Utility Bill, Phone Bill, or Rental Agreement within the last 30 days that includes your name and Tempe address.

Large Group Rentals
The Ruben Romero Corporate Picnic Area at Kiwanis Community Park can accommodate groups up to 1500. The Fiesta Ramadas at Kiwanis Community Park can accommodate 500 people, and the Sister Cities Garden holds 200 people.
