PHOTO CONTEST
AWARD WINNING PHOTOS
Winners in the 2006 Hayden Flour Mill Photo Contest were
announced December 21, 2006. 54 entries were received and evaluated by
City Staff through a blind judging process. Congratulations to the two
Grand Prize winners Loren Anderson [Professional Category] and Matthew
Bilsbarrow [Amateur Category] who will receive dinner for two at Monti’s La
Casa Vieja and two Harkins Theatres movie tickets. These winning
photographs were also used to create Fence Art Panels at the Hayden Flour
Mill site.

The five Honorable Mention winning photographers include Catherin Colaw,
Sean DiVincenzo, Kathleen McMahon, Matthew Shepherdson and
Keith Tyler who won $10 in Mill Avenue District Gift Certificates and two
hours of free parking at any Downtown Tempe ParkiT location.
These winning
photographs were also used to create Fence Art Panels at the Hayden Flour
Mill site.
