Jerry Hart has been serving as
Tempe's Financial Services Manager since January 6, 2003. He
served the City previously as Deputy Financial Services Manager with
responsibility for Accounting and Procurement from 2001 to 2002,
Accounting Manager from 1995 to 2001, and as a Senior Accountant from
1988 to 1994. He holds a bachelor’s degree with a major in
Accounting from Arizona State University, a master’s degree in Business
Administration from Western International University and is also a
Certified Public Accountant. He is a member of the Government
Finance Officers Association and the Arizona Society of Certified Public
Accountants. |
