Immediate parking is available on both the east and west sides of the Municipal building.  Parking validation provided upon entering the office.  Other parking options are available within the Downtown area.

Development Services Department
31 E 5th Street; located in the lower east side courtyard of the Municipal building.  This department offers these functions: Building and engineering plan reviews, current and long range planning, building inspections, permits, and Technology/GIS.

Community Development Department
21 E 6th Street; located on the 2nd floor of the Orchidhouse at the Brickyard, just south of the Municipal building.  The 2nd floor may be accessed from the catwalk by stairs or elevator (city offices only).  This department includes Economic Development, Historic Preservation, Housing Services, Neighborhood Enhancement, Redevelopment, Special Projects, and Rio Salado. Parking with validation is also available in the underground parking for the Brickyard.
