The City of Tempe created a representative Diversity Steering
Committee to develop the action plan. Most important, this committee will
continue to work together to manage and support implementation. The

The Diversity Steering Committee meets monthly to discuss and respond to the
specific issues addressed in the Diversity Audit. Please contact one of
your representatives for a current detailed update.
The Diversity Steering Committee meets the first Tuesday of each month at
3-4:30pm at
City Hall, 31 East Fifth Street, Tempe, 85281. We encourage employees to
participate. Please contact the Diversity Department if you are interested in attending a meeting.
