We are inviting you to participate in a group discussion with 10 other employees of the City of Tempe. The discussion group will last 2 hours and you are authorized to take ½ day away from your job, on City time, to participate. It will be fun and I know you’ll find it very interesting. All of the discussion is confidential and we are interested only in your opinions and experiences as an employee of the City.
It is important for you to notify your supervisor you are
being detailed over to the Human Resources Department for this ½ day exercise.

The discussion group will be held next (Wednesday/Thursday), April (17/18) at Hatton Hall just off Mill Avenue and Sixth Street. The address is 632 S. Myrtle Avenue, just south of the main City Hall building. You can park in the main City Hall parking lot and the HR department will provide you a stamp for free parking. The discussion will start promptly at (10:00 am in the morning/1:00 pm in the afternoon) and last 2 hours.
We will mail you a confirmation of your reservation, including a map to Hatton Hall.
