know, the Mayor and City Council hired our team to conduct an assessment of the
City regarding diversity issues. We are calling to interview every single
employee of the City on these issues and I’d like to interview you now. We are
interested only in your candid thoughts, opinions and experiences working for
the City. Please note we designed this interview process to ensure all
responses are anonymous, that no employee name can be connected to any
responses in the survey. It will take about 20 minutes and, before we get
