The discussion group will last 2 hours and you are authorized to take ½ day away from your job, on City time, to participate. It will be fun and I know you’ll find it very interesting. All of the discussion is confidential and we are interested only in your opinions and experiences as an employee of the City.
It is important for you to notify your supervisor you are
being detailed over to the Human Resources Department for this ½ day exercise.
