Tempe Crime
Alert Bulletins We believe that
if you're informed you're better equipped to avoid
crime. Using automated mail is
an excellent way to keep the citizens of
Tempe informed in a timely manner about recent crimes in your
area. If you fill out the form, you will subscribe, or unsubscribe, to a mailing list
for current crime bulletins. Just remember, you

AMBER Alerts
The AMBER Alert Plan is a voluntary, cooperative partnership between
law-enforcement agencies and broadcasters to activate an emergency bulletin to
the public when a child has been abducted and it is believed that the child is
in danger. In April 2003, President Bush signed the Amber Alert legislation
making it a national program.
Under the AMBER Alert Plan, area radio and television stations interrupt regular
programming to air information about the missing child using the Emergency Alert
System. You can receive this information straight to your
e-mail.

Fax Net 1 Alerts
Fax Net 1 is a 501(c)(3) proactive, award-winning non-profit AZ
Corp. established in 1990. All local, state and federal
law enforcement agencies interact with this network. The
agencies send
crime alerts to FaxNet 1 and they send them to you. This is a
great tool to share information with Block Watch programs, HOAs, Apartment
complexes, neighborhoods, businesses (i.e. banks, convenient stores, shops,
etc).
You ONLY hear from them when
they have something to tell you.
Sometimes weeks can go by without you hearing from
them.
