Properties. This is the approved list of HET (High Efficiency Toilets)
provided by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
The City of Tempe is
expanding the Toilet Rebate Program to include Multifamily Developments, Hotels
and Motels.
The Program offers 50% of
the purchase price of new toilets up to $75.00 per toilet to replace existing
high water use toilets with more efficient models. There is a cap of $5000.00
per property and toilets must be selected from an approved list.
The Toilet Rebate Form and
Approved List are Available for download above. Approved list is the EPA
WaterSense Low Water Use Toilet List.
