SPECIAL PROJECTS
Utilizing staff from all sections, Special Projects provides project coordination for high profile private sector projects, project management for City projects and acts as an Ombudsman for private sector projects that encounter difficulties during development. This also involves coordination with stakeholders to develop plans which comply with state and city regulations.
