Public Records
 

To request copies of public records from the City Clerk's Office, please fill out the Public Records Request Form below.  Requests made for a commercial purpose require the Pricing Computation Form, as well.  Completed forms may be mailed or hand-delivered to: 31 E. 5th Street - 2nd Floor, Tempe, Arizona, 85281.  The forms may also be faxed to: (480)858-2012, or e-mailed to: karen_fillmore@tempe.gov.  The cost for hard copies of documents for non-commercial use is 25 cents per single page.

Many public records are available in electronic form and can be located by using the document search engines below.             Public records may also be viewed in the City Clerk's Office during regular business hours.
