Welcome to the Tempe City Clerk's webpage. Here you will find
information about City Council meetings, City Elections, Public Records and Boards and Commissions.
The City Clerk also serves as the filing officer for claims and lawsuits.
The City Clerk is responsible for maintaining the official
records of all City Council proceedings, provide City election services, and
performs other State and Municipal statutory duties for elected officials,
voters, and the public so that all are guaranteed fair and
impartial elections, open access to information and the legislative process, and
transparency in government.
The City Clerk's Office is located at Tempe City Hall, 31
E. 5th Street, 2nd Floor.

Notice of Meetings
Notice of all regular, special or
other meetings of the City Council and all agencies, and boards and commissions of
the City of Tempe shall be posted on the
City Hall Garden Level bulletin board on the northwest side of 31 E 5th Street
and at
