Jeff has been the Assistant City Manager for the City of Tempe since September 2005.  Beginning in June 2004, Jeff served the City of Tempe as the Community Relations Manager.  Overall, Jeff has 21 years of municipal government and public administration experience.  Prior to joining Tempe in 2004, Jeff worked for the cities of Scottsdale and Mesa and the League of Arizona Cities and Towns. Jeff earned both his BS degree and his MPA degree from Arizona State University. Jeff strongly believes in the professional and quality services delivered by the City of Tempe to its community.  Safe neighborhoods, clean and safe water, prompt sanitation service, quality parks and recreation programs, and well-stocked libraries are just some of the examples of these services.  Jeff intends to carry on Tempe’s valued tradition of providing excellent public service.
