The Tempe Town Lake Upstream Dam Bridge is a 0.2 mile long, grade-separated bicycle and pedestrian crossing west of McClintock Drive connecting Rio Salado's north and south banks.

The bridge will provide a low-stress, off-street connection for users of all abilities with links to the major regional bicycle/pedestrian facilities, such as Indian Bend Wash and Rio Salado Path system. It will include lighting, rest nodes and public art features, while remaining ADA compliant.

The project is identified in the Comprehensive Transportation Plan and the Tempe 2030 and 2040 general plans.
