Tempe’s Adopt-A-Street, Adopt-A-Park, Adopt-A-Path and Adopt-An-Alley programs allow individuals, businesses and organizations to help maintain Tempe’s streets, parks, multi-use paths and alleys. While Tempe does its best to clean up litter, pull weeds and remove graffiti, we could use your help. You and your friends can get out there and do something good for the environment and for your community. And, you’ll be surprised by some of the things you’ll find.
The Adopt-A-Street, Adopt-A-Park, Adopt-A-Path and Adopt-An-Alley programs support litter control and storm water management throughout Tempe. These programs are a way to coordinate year-round opportunities for neighborhood groups, community organizations and local businesses to continue to enhance the appearance, safety and cleanliness of Tempe streets, parks, paths and alleys. Most major streets and some side streets are available for adoption, as well as all of Tempe’s 48 parks. Most Tempe multi-use paths and alleys are also available for adoption.
